Everything Worth Knowing

From brewing to shipping: the details behind a smoother cup. Can't find your answer? Reach out through our contact page.

What makes your coffee low acid?

We start with naturally low-acid specialty-grade beans and roast them in small batches using a slower profile that reduces harsh acids while preserving sweetness and body. The result is independently tested to confirm it's gentler than conventional coffee.

Will low acid coffee still taste rich and bold?

Absolutely. Low acid doesn't mean low flavor. It means the sharp, sour bite is gone. Expect a rounder, smoother cup with chocolate and caramel notes that linger without the bitterness.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep it in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. A cool pantry beats the fridge. Whole beans stay fresh for about four weeks after opening; grind just before brewing for the best cup.

What brewing method works best?

Our roasts are built to shine across methods: pour over, French press, drip, espresso, or cold brew. For the smoothest cup, we recommend a medium grind and water just off the boil (about 93°C / 200°F).

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your roast and delivery cadence at checkout, and we'll roast and ship automatically, always fresh, never stale shelf stock. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

When will my order ship?

Orders roast and ship within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it leaves the roastery.

What if my coffee arrives damaged or I'm not happy?

Reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right: replacement or refund, no hoops. Your ritual matters to us.
