Shipping Policy

We roast to order, so your coffee reaches you as fresh as possible.

Processing. Orders are roasted and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Carriers and shipping times. We ship primarily via USPS, with UPS as a secondary carrier on some orders. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Coverage. We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want Midnight Kettle Coffee, email us at hello@midnightkettlecoffee.com and we'll let you know when we open up your country.

Shipping costs. Standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is $15. Orders over $40 ship free.

Delays and lost packages. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but missing, email us at hello@midnightkettlecoffee.com and we'll help track it down.
