All of it is naturally low in acid, kept that way at the bean, the processing, and the roast. That is not the same as weak. Bold from the first sip, none of the burn after the last one.

Before you decide

How much coffee is in the box?
120g of each roast, plus one 12 fl oz can of cold brew. That is around seven cups of each, enough to brew both properly over a week of mornings rather than judge them on a single cup.

Is this the same coffee as the full bags?
Yes. Same beans, same roast, same everything. Just less of it.

Does low acid mean weak coffee?
Lower acid, not lower caffeine. Full-bodied, full-strength. The only thing missing is the burn.
